They say that you haven’t lived until you’ve helped William Lee Golden construct an 18′ tipi in his front yard. Thanks to a strange series of events, I can now say I have lived.
This is the man’s 9th tipi in the last 20 or so years, so he knows what he’s doing (with an occasional glance at the owner’s manual as seen below). Some time I’ll share with you the bearding wisdom given to me by the master himself, while on a lunch break around his kitchen table.
